The Board and Management team have extensive experience in the exploration, development, financing and mining of iron ore deposits around the world. The team is well qualified to develop the vast potential of our project.
The general guidelines and policies that guide our business are established by the Board of Directors, which monitors the implementation of these initiatives through reports from the executive teams. The Board also receives advice from technical and consulting teams.

Since 2007 has raised over $5 billion USD for major mining projects with a track record of major project implementation and development.

CTO for Brazil Iron and Director of Forge International Limited. Chartered Resource Geologist and Competent/Qualified Person as defined by JORC and NI43-101. 20 years experience working globally across all phases of mining projects. Former Principal Resource Geologist for Tetra Tech Inc, Independent Advisor on strategic metals for the US Government and Geological Manager for SLR Consulting Limited.
Roberto is one of the founders of Brazil Iron and is currently Vice President. Roberto has over 30 years of experience in operational and commercial positions, being the Founder and Executive Director of Mobile Port Logística Ltda and formally the country manager of 13D Research Limited.
Co-founder and senior partner of 1875 Finance SA. Made his first marks as consultant for various major automobile manufacturers and their brand divisions. Co-managed the Parvest Switzerland investment fund and then took up again the position of portfolio advisor for Banque Paribas (Suisse). Worked for Ferrier Lullin & Cie, Geneva, where he had specific management responsibility for Swiss and foreign private client portfolios.

Rafael Genú is the Environment Manager at Brazil Iron, with 13 years of experience in licensing and environmental management in the mining sector, especially in nickel, copper, iron and bauxite, in addition to having worked in institutional relationships and with local communities. Previously, Rafael Genú held prominent positions in global companies such as Vale and Norsk Hydro.
