The purpose of the Ombudsman is to listen, understand and respect, as well as to defend the intrinsic rights of our communities, with feedback to all those who use it. Please provide detail, clearly and objectively, so we can understand and consequently forward the required feedback and solutions.
Once received, the submissions are evaluated, forwarded to the competent department and a response will be sent to your email as soon as possible. This space is private and confidential, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD), Lei nº 13.709 / 2018 (Brasil).
